We have a strategic alliance with commercial real estate experts Cushman & Wakefield to assist team ownership groups, universities, and real estate developers with a complete suite of services needed to design, build, finance, operate, and maximize long-term revenue streams for sports and entertainment venues and for mixed-use retail developments.

We currently represent the following talent:

Lilly King is a USA Olympic Swimmer and two-time Olympic Gold Medalist. Currently Lilly holds the World Record for the 50 meter breaststroke, 100 meter breaststroke, the 4x100 medley relay, and the American Record for the 200 yard breaststroke. In addition, Lilly won four Gold Medals at the 2016 World Championships, four Gold Medals at the 2017 World Championships, and is the first female swimmer to go 8 for 8 in the NCAA breaststroke finals. This year Lilly will be graduating from Indiana University as a four-time All-American and is setting her sights on the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Ryne Sandberg is a baseball Hall of Famer and a Chicago Cubs Legend. After being drafted in the 20th round of the 1978 MLB Draft by the Philadelphia Phillies, Ryne joined the Chicago Cubs in 1982 and was named the 1984 National League MVP. He is a ten time All-Star, winning nine Gold Golves and seven Silver Sluggers. In 1990, he was the Home Run Derby Champion, achieving 282 career home runs and a .989 career fielding percentage. Currently, Ryne is a Chicago Cubs Ambassador and resides in Lake Bluff, IL.
